The DS1-SABO is a gasket cutting machine manufactured
and provided with CE-markings. It is used for
the cutting of commercially available gasket sheets.Part
of that are all graphite products with and without
foil insets. Besides the graphite products which
are mainly used with higher temperatures also
soft gasket material gasket and PTFE-products
can be cut. According to the current state of
the art mainly gasket thickness of 1.5 to 2mm
are used. However,with this gasket cutting machine
it is possible to cut materials up to 4mm thickness
and a diameter of ø 1200mm as circular
cut without problems. Stripe cuts can be cutted
up to a thickness of 8mm.
The gasket cutting machine DS1consists of the
main components:

machine foundation (rectangular pipe profile)
° gasket feed with adjusting device
° cutting device (knife and pressure roller)
° electric motor with gear
° switch box
° emergency switch
° pedal switch (continuously adjustable)
All
functional parts have been manufactured out of
corrosion resistant materials. The gasket cutting
machine will be connected to a 230V/50Hz socket.
The usage will either be carried out by erecting
and fixing on a surface similar to that of a table
or in combination with the matching stand.
