The
STB Portable Valve Grinding Table has a reinforced
frame manufactured
of steel and aluminium. One can easily make manual
adjustments of the operating arm (laterally
and
vertically) over the table producing high precision
results.
The valve grinding table has two working points;
for example on the first point one can prepare
a
valve for a job while simultaneously grinding
a valve
or a wedge.
The legs and table top are manufactured of stainless
steel resistant to scratch damage.
A benefit with the STB is that one can build it
in modules to fit one’s specific needs and
expand the capabilities as those needs change.
Examples of options are listed below:

A variety of tools for cutting, milling, grinding
and lapping etc.
- A control unit with electric motor for adjusting
the operating arm.
- A control panel to adjust the speed and direction
on the grinding motor.
- A time controller so you can set a time schedule
on the grinding work.
- A 16 ° tilt table for gate valve wedges
etc.
