Narrowing Valve Seats in Clean Water Systems
Improves Cavitation Issues |
Leaking valves have the potential to cause voiding
which is a significant nuclear safety concern. Leaking valves cause inefficient production in industrial
plant systems and can cause damage to wetted components in the leakage path. There is also a great deal of dose, maintenance and cost associated with
replacing and/or repairing leaking valves |

Remote Valve Operator(s) developed
for
instrumentation and small bore valves |
Due to the Industry demand
for installing the Flexi Drive LV model remote valve operators on small bore
valves, especially the diaphragm valve(s); Dupill Group and Smith Flow Control
(SFC) have reacted quickly in developing a much smaller version of the Flexi
Drive LV version, the SV model; Due to the footprint and weight concerns on the
valve operator of the LV which is mounted on the valve. The SV model
functionality is almost identical to the LV version. The valve operator station mounted to the valve shown in
picture weighs approximately 5 lbs.
